Pavilion 15-cs3722nd
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a problem with my USB ports on my Pavilion laptop. They work normally for 2 days and the 3rd day I don't get them to work anymore. Whenever I don't get them to work, there's nothing I can do, they turn up like normal in device manager. I've reinstalled the drivers and tried to adjust fast startup settings, all without result. I have tried rebooting many times but it only seems to work again when I take my laptop to another place and start it the next day, everything is working like usual. I have tried the USB test in the f2 startup module, and it turned out with an error message. I have attached it to this question.

@Flengs,

I reviewed your post and I understand that the USB ports are not working correctly on the computer.

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

I recommend you contact support as it looks like a hardware issue.

4)Select the country from the drop-down.

5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.
