Product: HP ProBook x360 435 G8 Notebook PC (470W0AV)
Operating System: Ubuntu LTS
Hello,
as we need to use for business purposes Ubuntu (20.04 LTS) we tried it out also on the ProBook x360 G8.
Unfortunately we do cover some issues with the suspend mode. The device is going to sleep mode but when restarting the device
- Fan starts at its max
- Device switches off after some seconds
- power LED at the power buttons blinks shortly
After this when switching on the ProBook again, a normal reboot is performed.
Unfortunately all remarks with certain GRUB parameters did fail.
Any idea what we can do? Ubuntu as well as using the suspend mode is quite important for us.
Thanks in advance for your support!
