Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I am getting a network error as I am attempting to download the file from a link shared by HP troubleshooting team.
This is to share the IDR logs with the HP CC team so they can diagnose a issue with the Bang & Olufsion Speakers that comes with HP Spectre 360.
