Hello @richard456
Elitebooks are configure to order (CTO) models. They can be customized by the client and their specific needs, a.k.a. features can be added or removed per wish. Therefore, HP has hundreds of different configurations for CTO models due to the different configurations combination possibilities. You can see all options in the quick specs >> https://www8.hp.com/h20195/v2/GetDocument.aspx?docname=c08049273
You can create your own configuration and customize it (-AV model) if you purchase directly from HP or HP Authorized reseller partner (HP Store, HP sales representative, HP partner).
Pre-configured options (combinations) are available in SKUs like the one you write about. SKU = Stock Keeping Unit
6T0Z9EA has no IR camera. If it had, this would have been explicitly written in the specs (but it is not). You can check it here >> https://www.hp.com/gb-en/shop/product.aspx?id=6T0Z9EA&opt=ABU&sel=NTB
Based on the above 2 URLs, I cqn see that this SKU customization 6T0Z9EA has this display & camera
40.64 cm (16") diagonal WUXGA Bent, anti-glare UWVA, 250 nits, 45% NTSC for 5MP camera (1920 x 1200)
No WWAN, no Low Blue Light, no IR camera, wider bezel
I am not aware of any public source to list if specific SKU has something or not in a table/matrix. You can see the general info from HP websites. HP or HP partner can work with you to create a customized configuration based on your needs and wishes (AV/CTO model), or you can do it on your own if you purchase directly from HP Store website.
Are you trying to purchase 1 device for your personal need or you try to purchase multiple device for your business ? Where are you based ? I can guide you. Please, let me know if any additional questions. Thank you.
