I can log in to all HP.com websites except for HP Shop. After many diligent efforts over months, still no go. I dare anyone to try to contact HP Support about such an issue. There's no dropdown selection anywhere close to it.
If someone can give me the right phone number I will be happy to call. Thanks.

After reading your second post and the edits added to your first post, I think you are asking about the HP Store.
In the USA region, the HP Store phone number is included at the top center of the store web page.
Contact the HP Store using that number OR Contact the store customer service department.
Customer Service offers Chat and a Contact Us option.
Select "Contact Us" to see Customer Service phone numbers and hours of operation.
When you talk to the store representative, explain that you want to be able to log into the HP Store website.

Hi Mr. Fur. Thanks for all your info and advice. I actually don't have a hardware issue; in a sense, my post was a false flag operation. But there was no way to select Support options relevant to my real problem: the HP Shop webpage will not allow me to login using the ID and PW that work on every other HP site. And I simply have not been able to find anyone who can help me address that problem. If you or anyone can offer a way for me to obtain help with this topic, I'd be grateful.
