I can not figure out how HP Inc treats HPE employees so poorly. I have tried for over 3 days to process a PC 14" Pavillion order, still with no success. Sure, I am outside the country, but HP will NOT ship to my freight forwarder. They tied up $1k on my credit card because they were unable to resolve the matter. They said it was an SSD shortage, which proved false, then it was an issue with their systems... come on!!! I tried to escalate my issue, but no one listens... I am unable to speak to a manager. Yesterday I received 2 HP Payment emails... and still the order did not get processed. I am working, yet I have spent over 3 hours with these people...
How does HP Inc stay in business?
Either Amazon or eBay are easier to do business with...
