Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I am not able to register my newly purchased HP ProBook 440 14 inch G9 Notebook PC on HP website. I want to register it and purchase warranty for 5 years (additional 4 years). Please help me. Serial No is not being recognised in the online portal. I tried many ways but could not do so. Please see attachments.Even though warranty details are shown in support assistant but still on hp website it is not getting registered.failing while registeringsupport assistant snap
