HP Support appears to be completely useless! I'm trying to register a brand-new laptop and it keeps saying it is not a valid serial number of product ID. I also don't see any method to contact a person in order to resolve my problem.

Is your Serial number recognized here:

or

Please, answer Yes or No - do not post public screenshots here in the forum.

 

Where exactly and why you would like to register your product ?

What is your product ? Where did you buy it from and when ?

Yes - it is recongnized on the PartSurfer site, but not on the Check Warrranty site.

I want to add it to my dashboard with my other HP products so I can check my warranty status if needed.
I purchased the laptop directly from the HP website on March 19, 2025
