HP Support appears to be completely useless! I'm trying to register a brand-new laptop and it keeps saying it is not a valid serial number of product ID. I also don't see any method to contact a person in order to resolve my problem.

What is your product ? Where did you buy it from and when ?

Yes - it is recongnized on the PartSurfer site, but not on the Check Warrranty site.
