HP ZBook 15 G3 Mobile Workstation
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am unable to bring this laptop out of sleep, using either the keyboard or the mouse. The strange thing, this is that it WAS working perfectly a couple of weeks back and I think maybe updating the Bios may have caused the problem. I have searched for countless hours, no days, in HP help listings and others and have tried every solution suggested and nothing worked. In Device Manager, there is NO power option tab, for either the mouse or the keyboard. In the Device Manager under USB hubs, the option "allow this device to wake the computer",  is greyed out. There is nothing in the bios to allow USB to wake the computer. I have another pair of HP laptops on which this works perfectly with both the keyboard and the mouse. Completely fed up with chasing my tail here HP......and it seems there are many others with this same situation, so please help if you can. Again, I have tried every power setting and combination there is and still nothing.  HP Z Book 15 G3 Windows 10 64 bit updated.

Thank You,

Bruce

Is there a difference between using laptop keyboard/mouse, and docking keyboard/mouse?
