Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My docking station has two monitors. Has been working fine with my old hp notebook but can't get the monitors working with my new one. All I get is blank screen but I can see the cursors when i move it. When I plug one of the screens directly into the hdmi port it works fine but neither works through the docking station. I've unplugged, replugged, turn on and off the docking station, rebooted laptop etc. Any ideas please?

Dockingstation: HP USB-C Universal Dock

Laptop: HP Elite Book 840 14 inch G11
