I have updated to Windows 10 1809 and have lost the functionality of my screen brightness keys. The HP Support website is down so I'm wondering if anyone has experienced this and been able to resolve it.

Hi:

if the graphics driver in installed, I recommend installing the latest Hotkey driver and restarting the PC, and see if that resolves the problem.

Hi!

We have around 8000 HP Computers and now we are facing a problem on all Laptops after updating som test machines to Feature Update 1809. Th Hotkey support functions (Brightness and LAN/WLAN Switching) is no longer working. If you uninstall Hotkey Support and reinstall it again, the problem is solved. This is not possible to do for 8000 computers after the update.

Even if we have the latest Hotkey Support before we run the 1809 update, these two functions are corupt after updating to 1809. This must be a huge problem for HP users around the world.  The LAN/WLAN switching is of course more important than the brightness controls. Are HP working on a solution for this?

Thanks in advance!
