I want to upgrade my SSD, I need a good M.2 SSD recommendation with 1TB capacity, I attached a screenshot of the SSD, I am currently using.

According to your screenshot, you have this model SSD:
THNSFJ256GDNU Toshiba HG6 256GB SATA 6.0 Gbps SSD (memory4less.com)
Chapter 1 of the service manual indicates your notebook can support NVMe SSD's which can be up to 5x faster than a SATA SSD.
Your notebook's M.2 slot is PCIe Gen 3.0, so you have two options that I recommend:
If you want to stay with a PCIe Gen 3.0 drive, I recommend this one:
If you want to transfer the drive to a newer notebook in the future that has a PCIe Gen 4.0 SSD slot, I recommend this model:
The Gen 4.0 SSD will run at about the same speed as the PCIe Gen 3.0 SSD from your notebook's Gen 3.0 SSD slot.
