Can you reclaim the VAT off of a product bought from HP if you live in the Channel Islands?

Hi

Why would you pay VAT on a VAT free island?

 

The invoice should not add vat, so view the transaction before committing.

Who is the seller?  What country are they based in?

 

If in doubt please ask.
