i want to upgrade My Laptop

what options that i have to upgrade my laptop?

how much ram i can installed on my laptop or how much ram it will support?

is its ram acessable and upgradable?

And why its too much heat up when playing games or when editing and rendering video?

Its specs

It has  12 GB DDR4-2133 SDRAM (1 x 4 GB, 1 x 8 GB) now and supports 16GB max. You can remove existing 4GB and use

to make 16GB but this won't help much.

That is normal because it needs CPU to work harder and this WILL generate more heat. You can help it using some following suggestions
