I’ve been using my HP laptop for nearly a year, and unfortunately, one of the keycaps broke off during regular typing. I’ve always treated my laptop carefully, and this seems like a normal wear-and-tear issue.

Could someone from HP clarify whether the factory warranty covers a broken keycap under fair or normal use? I have only two days left until my warranty expires, so any guidance would be appreciated.

Thank you!
