Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have bought HP care of 1 year but still this it is showing that my product is out of warranty. I have created cases and all but I have not hear back from HP service. Can someone help me out

I have tried that . They redirect me to virtual agent and generate a case number. No help is coming from HP

Did you submit a warranty dispute?
