I bought this laptop yesterday from a retail store, however when I looked at this device's warranty I was shocked to see it expired in July, 2 months before the device made it into anyone's hands. Is there a way to dispute this warranty?

The warranty starts from the date of purchase (invoice) !

 

Warranty Dispute

Expected: If you think the warranty details of your product are incorrect, submit a dispute through the HP warranty validation website.

I initially tried that, however there was no option to dispute it anywhere on the page.
