Hiện Mình có trên 20 máy bị tình trạng Pin bị phù làm hở màn hình mình đã báo bảo hành từ tháng 8 tới giờ mà hp vẫn  vẫn chưa thấy LH lại  . ai biết email complain cho mình xin với , chứ gọi hot line chẳng ăn thua gì

Worst customer service , Hot line does not reply , I really don't know where to complain , I will post here until HP Vietnam reply me ( note : 30 of my machines are still under warranty and hp has received information 80 days but not yet solved

Apologies for the inconvenience caused. I see that the battery is swollen. As this is a hardware issue and the product is under warranty, please reach out to the HP Technical Support team in your region regarding the service/replacement options for your printer.
