Warranty check site down; again

Warranty site is down yet again. This has been an ongoing issue of outages for almost 2 years running now.

As a Business customer in an all HP shop, this is completely unacceptable.

Is there an actual way for customers to get the data they need for their HP equipment?

No; submitting a list of all of my serial numbers (which is in excess of 1,000 devices) is not a solution to your systems lack of availability and stability.

I would expect these kinds of results from Dell; never from HP.

Nice rant, but I think you are in a wrong forum to leave feedback. Complain to your HP representatives at reseller / distributor. Vote with your wallet, demand discounts and free lunches for your anguish.

I'd also like to correct you about the 2 years - HP has had poor website service uptime and generally slow download speeds since before Compaq merger.
