The zip on my backpack has broken. Unable to contact HP support for a warranty claim as no serial number on product so the helpful chat box can't even work out what i'm trying to do. Not even got a category on here for consumables. So i'm unable to get any contact details for HP to raise the issue.

What about give them a call? As far as I know there is no chance for email to support ....
