I just (received on 24/01/2024) purchased a HP Victus laptop and upon checking the warranty information online I see that the warranty was activated in March 2023 and Support for initial setup was already expired. Was the product purchased and used and returned by someone before me and I received a reset/refurbished piece.
I have the bill of purchase that was given by the online shopping app.
