HP Recommended

I have the Essentials G5 docking station and all of a sudden it won't let me add two displays.   I've tried multiple displays and different HP notebooks with the same result.  When I went to check on the warranty it says expired.. I've only had it three months and it has a 1 year warranty... How do I resolve this with HP?
