Product: Hp Victus 15

Hello,

Recently i purchased Hp Victus, to be exact i purchased on 9th march. But the warranty is not 24 months instead it is only 1 year 9 months left. It is showing that the warranty started from December 29 2023 untill December 28 2025.

I purchased from an official store called X-Kom Poland.

Can anyone help me with this situation?

The warranty period is set at the factory when the PC is built. So, it expires one year from that date -- NOT from when it is purchased.


You have to Register it in order to reset the warranty end date: https://register.hp.com/americas/flowPage/registration/index.do?execution=e1s1&cc=US&lang=en
