HP 17.3 inch Laptop PC 17-c0000 (2W0J6AV)

I sent my laptop back to HP for repair while under warranty. I received a message that it can't be repaired under the warranty because it was a "accidental damage". This laptop sat on my desk from the day i bought it until I sent it back to them.

You can't reach anybody, no phone number works for tech support and I can't respond to the email without paying for the damage or asking them to simply send it back.

HELP anyone, how do i talk to someone at HP?

You know what, limited support is an understatement. You've sent me back to the same endless loop that gets me NO-WHERE!

It's being claimed that accidental damage caused by me voids the warranty on my laptop. I have no defense, HP is providing no evidence and I'm helpless in the matter.

i'm done with HP and you can rest assured anyone in my circle of influence will hear about the horrible customer service I've experienced !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
