HP ENVY x360 Convertible Laptop PC 15-ed1000 (169W8AV)

My laptop is still under warranty. I received a massage from you via komputronik, that it can not be fixed, because it is a mechanical demage. The matrix detached from the frame and the hinge was damaged.

The term "mechanical damage" is not precisely described in the law. It is a rather colloquial term, used in the case of damage of unknown origin, and not in relation to a specific fault. In fact, the provision in the regulations such as "Complaints are not subject to (...) goods with mechanical damage" was recognized by the District Court in Warsaw - the Court of Competition and Consumer Protection already in 2011 as inadmissible and was entered in the register of prohibited clauses.
The defect arose as a result of everyday use of the laptop, in accordance with its intended purpose, and not as a result of, for example, dropping it or hitting it, flooding or other factors of this type. These damages were probably caused by the poor quality of the goods sold or inadequate components, and in this case, most likely a defect in the hinges, which also led to the detachment of the matrix frame. At the moment of noticing the damage, the laptop immediately ceased to be used. In addition, many Internet sources talk about this type of defect in HP brand laptops. Many users complain about the same problem shortly after purchase.
Therefore, I am asking you to reconsider my complaint.
