Product: HP Pavilion Laptop PC 15-eg2000 IDS Base Model
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I purchased above laptop from uae for using in india

but from the beginning its super hot whenever i use .indian hp service centre says that it cant be repaired in india not even if i pay. I need to take it this laptop to uae for repair

Well, that's life. They may say no available part(s). You have to send your machine to the UAE for repair. Is it still under warranty ? If not, HP repair centers should be able to help you. Please talk with them.
