Product: HP EliteBook 865 16 inch G9 Notebook PC (473R6AV)

I sent in my laptop for a battery repair under warranty. When i got the laptop back there was a dent on the top edge of the laptop next to the hinge. The display itself is obviously not flush with the hinge

 

the screen is currently not showing any signs of damage, the battery was replaced, so I suppose it's a luckily benign sort of damage until something fails later on, but I'm still kinda mad. Who do I talk to?  I filed out the survey already. I just want to complain but don't know who to contact.
