Hi, Will adding extra ssd and ram to my hp laptop break the warranty?
So, I will be purchasing extra ram and ssd. I will install it myself. By doing this, will it break the 3 years warranty?
Thank you in advance!

Hi:
Chapter 1 of the service manual indicates that the memory is an integral part of the motherboard and cannot be upgraded.
Maintenance and Service Guide (hp.com)
Chapter 5 of the service manual indicates that HP wants any work to be done by an authorized service center.
You can probably install a SSD yourself without voiding the warrany unless you break something in the process.
Also, if the notebook ever needs warranty service, you must return it to its original factory configuration (remove the SSD you installed and replace it with the original SSD HP instaleed.
