Microsoft Windows 11

My Elite Dragon Fly Max arrived 35 days ago.

I fired it up, was super excited to replace my old HP Chromebook.  Laptop fired right up like it should, went through the various setup step.  Laptop screen froze, fan kicked on, and that was all she wrote until the battery died, a day later.  WTH,  I took it to best buy, left it there for 2 days.  Came back they said the laptop was fine was just dead.  I explained but could not recreate issue.  Once home fired laptop ready to get to work only to have the exact same thing happen as described below.  Add covid and a snow storm and I'm screwed with 3k laptop that doesn't work and will not fire up.   I cannot figure out how to return this outside the 30 day window, No email to contact, just stuck.  Hoping I can find some help either with the Laptop or how to get this returned?

Hello @jk5280

So sorry to hear about the experience you had, as well as the personal issues.

You might first try with the seller (Best Buy?) and if it does not work with them, try to reach to HP directly.
Here is how (phone and web options available) >> https://www.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp/phone-assist.html

Note that you need to use the business notebook product options.
