Hello.

I recommend asking this in Microsoft forums with as much details as possible. You provided more details about yourself than about the computer!

I recommend running HP Hardware Diagnostics first as instructed here:

https://support.hp.com/us-en/help/hp-pc-hardware-diagnostics

Faulty hardware can result in Windows not loading / working improperly. If you have faulty hardware, fix that first.

Windows can corrupt in multiple ways but you provided no details how the corruption shows. If your Windows 11 still works to some degree, I recommend trying repair from Windows 11 installation media as shown here: https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/how-to-perform-repair-upgrade-in-windows-11/80...

If your Windows 11 doesn't start into desktop, you can also try startup repair option as described here:

https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/recovery-options-in-windows-31ce2444-7de3-818c-d626-e3b5...

Your last option is to reinstall Windows and restore files from a backup. If you don't have a backup, take a backup. Seek professional IT help to accomplish this.
