HP Spectre x360 2-in-1 15"

Hello,

I had made an order for the HP Spectre x360 2-in-1 15" with custom specifications on December 23, 2020.  Just a few days ago I had found the same laptop with another retailer within my city and purchased that instead.  Before purchasing the 2nd laptop I tried to inquire with HP customer service in regards to cancelling my order, since as of now it is still in the "Order Confirmed" stage and not in the "Order Assembly" process.  I was told my cancellation was exceeded and they are actually shipping my laptop out in a few days, yet it still has not hit the "Order Assembly" stage in my status.  

 

My laptop is estimated to be assembled and fulfilled by Jan 27, 2021.

 

I am reaching out here in hopes I can negotiate some form of cancellation for my purchase without having to send it back and along with potential "restocking fees".
