Hello all, I placed (one week ago today) an order for a laptop which I now wish to cancel, however am not sure if it's possible. I spoke on the phone yesterday with a sales representative who put in a cancellation request; as I have not received any updates as to if HP approved or denied my request, I am under the impression that I am still receiving my laptop. Would it be possible at this point to ensure its cancellation?

Personally, I think a day is perhaps long enough to hear back.
That said, in my world, patience is something practiced but never mastered.
Not sure what you can do besides call back and ask again and again until you get your reassurance.
