Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I had bought a second-hand laptop, unfortunately, I am not able to access bios. How can I reset the password? Could you please able to help me?

Please help me or guide me. I have called the customer service and they want the bill, unfortunately, the previous owner doesn't have the bill.

Welcome to the HP Support Community. 

 

Contact HP in your region for a hardware service as the motherboard may require a Bios Flash. Any other way of unlocking the BIOS is not authorized by HP.
