When I buy this laptop, the salesperson from HP said me that the "HP ZBook Firefly 16 G9 Mobile Workstation PC (6V2X2PA) comes with Windows 11 Pro as a default" But it came with Windows 10 Pro, and not getting the option to upgrade this. Please help me. He lied to me to sell the product.
Then I checked that they gave no "Intel® Iris® Xᵉ", only intel® UHD graphics. It's shocking, even on the product details and order details page they mentioned "Intel® Iris® Xᵉ Graphics". Now getting very frustrated, Please help me.

The HP QuickSpecs for this Mobile Workstation provides insight to this post. You can find the QuickSpecs here: HP ZBook Firefly 16 inch G9 Mobile Workstation PC.
I'm including screenshots directly from the document in answer.
Regarding the Windows Operating System:
Regarding Intel Iris Xe:
To summarize your concern regarding the operating system, you should be able to upgrade to Windows 11 using the HP Cloud Recovery Tool. You will need to create the Windows 11 recovery media using the tool to reinstall the operating system. Definitely back up all of your data before beginning the recovery process. You can find the HP Cloud Recovery Tool and User Guide here: HP Cloud Recovery
To summarize your concern regarding Intel Iris Xe graphics, an Intel Core i5 or i7 along with dual channel memory is required for its use. Without an Intel Core i5/i7 and Dual channel memory the system will default to Intel UHD graphics. Looking at the configuration for the product number provided (6V2X2PA), it seems that this device was configured with a single SKO-SODIMM 16GB DDR5-4800 1.1v NECC module (part number M97596-002). Since there is currently only one module in use this is likely the reason why you are unable to use Intel Iris Xe Graphics. It appears that you have a i7-1265U so the processor should meet the system requirements. You will likely need to add another 16Gb module or return/exchange the product for a mobile workstation with 2x 8Gb modules installed instead of 1x 16gb module.
If you decide to upgrade the memory module, definitely contact the HP Workstation Support team so they can assist you in identifying the correct part number you need and its installation. They may also be able to help you use the HP Cloud Recovery tool to reinstall the Windows 11 Pro Operating System.
