I got a message saying that my order has been declined

1- I want to know the reason behind why has this happened

2- Since i have already paid for it, wen do I expect the money to be back in my account

3- Since I am travelling to India now and have purchased an Indian Sim Card for the same, how do i contact the sales support representative of usa from my indian number

Reason: HP stores in the US won't ship to India.

i dont want it to be shipped to india

I want it to be shipped to my office in usa

Since I'm in india right now for some work related stuff i have bought an indian sim card

So how can i contact the usa help desk from an indian number

Did you pay by a Credit Card, if Yes, is it from a bank in the US ? If yes again, please call the Store DIRECTLY.

no it was not from a bank in the usa but i did pay using a credit card

Was the order declined because the bank was not usa based?
