Product: HP Z BOOK 17
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

It was operating normally until I plugged a flashlight in to charge it.  It went blank and nothing I have done will reset it.

When I plug the power supply in, the white light  on the back comes on.  No other lights flash or indicate that it is working.

I have removed the AC, held the power button down for both 15 and 70 seconds, and it did not reset.

I plugged the power supply b ack in and it still did not come on.  Any help would be appreciated.

Is there a fuse or reset button that I'm not aware of?

Hello

 

the extreme action is to open the bottom cover and disconnect the battery for some seconds, then push power button for few second, then reconnect the battery.
