Z38c
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Hi,

I've recently bought a Z38c curved screen and I've 2 issues with this.

I try it on HP X360 1030 and also on HP Elitebook 1040 G4 and I've same issue.

First USB hub of the screen is not detected.

I already activate into menu of the screen Power Control > Power Mode > Performance > Save and Return

But this doesn't solve the issue

I also have another issue with my screen regarding the language of the menu. I put the language into English or French, save the settings, go through the menu that is English or French. When i've finished to work, i shutdown my laptop and shut down all electricity plug of my desktop.

When I come back some days later, power on my laptop and the Z38c screen, the menu of the screen come back to Portuguese language

I am disappointed with this screen which ultimately works less well than my old one (which also had integrated usbc connectivity) which cost 4 times less.

Could you help me to solve this ?

Thank you,

Nicolas
