Product: ZBOOK 17 G6
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

After upgrading bios to version 01.07.01 Rev.A (Oct 19, 2020), PC got became a lot hotter in idle. Before it was in around 45C (with over boost deactivated) and after was around 55-60 C.

 

Also Notebook FanControl stoped working.

 

So to resolve this i rolled back to previous bios.

 

My question is how far can i roll back the bios.

 

Is it still possible to under volt the CPU - If yes which bios is the last in which this works.
