Hie,

my keyboard is missing "a", "w", "q", "&" in random situation under Win10.

BIOS checking let me know that the hardware is ok, usb kb works well, kb pilote win10 self refreshing done 1000 times.

HP pilotes upgraded, all HP recipes tried even internal BIOS battery disconnexion, what else to be able to work?

Does somebody can give me the way ?

Do I need to come back to win 7 ?

after keyboard test, I got an ID failure : GLN15R-7198LE-XD7K-G00B03. please advise.

In this situation keyboard replacement shoud fix the issue. You can contact :

 

https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp

 

Log a ticket and if the syetem is under warranty they might replace the keyboard

Keyboard will be changed next Tuesday.
