Hie,
my keyboard is missing "a", "w", "q", "&" in random situation under Win10.
BIOS checking let me know that the hardware is ok, usb kb works well, kb pilote win10 self refreshing done 1000 times.
HP pilotes upgraded, all HP recipes tried even internal BIOS battery disconnexion, what else to be able to work?
Does somebody can give me the way ?
Do I need to come back to win 7 ?
Thanks in advance for your help,
Patchochnik
after keyboard test, I got an ID failure : GLN15R-7198LE-XD7K-G00B03. please advise.
