Product: Z book 15
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

M Z Book 15 will not start while plugged into the charger. If I disconnect and remove and replace the battery it will start up normally. It starts and runs normal on battery. If I plug it back in too quickly after starting it clicks and turns off.

 

Any ideas?

hard to tell, but i suggest you update BIOS and drivers first - HP Image Assistant can help - then do a BIOS reset from F10
