ZBook G7
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a new ZBook G7 laptop and it's having issues with weird fan issues, running very hot, and poor battery performance.  For instance, when the laptop is sitting idle with Outlook and OneNote open the fans will run at a high speed and the laptop will get very hot.  Additionally when putting the laptop in Sleep move the fans will sometimes ramp up to 100% down to 0%, and then back up...and the laptop is very hot during this period of time.  Additionally I have noticed issues with the battery only lasting 2-3 hours during meetings with only Outlook and OneNote running, and this is with the battery saving mode turned on.

Is it possible I just have a lemon of a laptop, or is there a known issue within the Bios or other settings?  Need some help on this issue from HP support.  Thanks!
