HP ZBook x2 G4 Base Model Detachable Workstation
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Recently I purchased a second TV Display for my workstation. The first one I had was connected UCB-C (Zbook) to HDMI (TV). When I connected the second display HDMI Port (Zbook) to HDMI (TV2), the zbook started lagging really really really bad. This was especially so when I was running any videos on a media player like MPC-HC or VLC, or browsing any websites that had any sort of Flash controls or animation (IE: The navigation controls of a youtube video). I've tried connecting the displays independently (TV 1 by its self, and TV 2 by itself) and the ZBook work perfectly fine. I also tried enterchanging the ports (TV2 through USB-c, then TV2 through HDMI, and same for TV1) and they work perfectly fine. So, presumably it is not an issue with the ports, the cables, or the TVs.
This ONLY occurs when both TVs are connected at the same time. Does anyone have the slightest clue why this might be happening?
