HP ZBook Studio G5 Mobile Workstation
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

For some reason I am unable to reach technical support for my 1 year old HP ZBook Studio G5 Mobile Workstation laptop to get  a failing display fixed. I have registered the device successfully using the serial number on the back, and it states that I still have 25 months of on-site warranty. Somehow I cannot get support, neither through support assistant nor the HP website. Support assistant gives an error: "There are no contact options available for this device..." and HP support site gives this error: "This product is no longer supported by HP...". Which is strainge because this product is still being sold on their site.

What's going on here, why can't I get technical support?

Please advice.

best,

Paul

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).

If you are unfamiliar with how the Community's private message capability works, you can learn about that here.
Thank you for visiting the HP Support Community.
