Product: HP ZBook 15u G3 Mobile Workstation

Zbook 15u G3 Overheats and shuts off even after changing the thermal paste with thermal grizzly kryonaut.

I am using it on a flat table and all the internals are clean and dust free.

It reaches 87 to 90 degrees celsius on Cpu and Dedicated Gpu both.

And the entire notebook gets hot, so is it a design fault or my laptop could be faulty?

Note: I have tried everything from clean windows installation different driver version, flashing old and new bios.
