Zbook 15u G3 won’t turn on.

This morning my laptop would not turn on. I removed the battery which was “swollen” or pillowed.  Then I plugged it in to start without the battery.  It wouldn’t start, so I unplugged and held the power button down for one minute, then plugged it back in and hit the power button. The power button light comes on, along with the WiFi and speaker lights, they stay on for 15 seconds then go off.  The screen stays black the whole time. 
when the power button light turns off the led light on the caps lock button comes on but is not blinking, just a solid white light.  No led light emits from the number lock button. 

What’s my next step?
