Zbook won’t boot past HP logo

Product: Z17 G5
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

So I have a z17 G5 that will boot up until the hp logo, I can select f1, f8, f9 and the text at the bottom will show the appropriate selection like boot menu and changes when I press a different key but won’t boot past that point. I’ve tried to do a emergency bios recovery with 0 luck and also tried the 15 second power trick as well as pulling the cmos battery off of the board which is quite the process for these ones. Any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated!

you do not mention is this is a new problem, or have had the issue since you purchased the laptop... also, can you hit f10 at power on and enter the BIOS? you mention only f1, f8, and f9... Does pressing f1 show details of your product?
