So I bought a zbook power 15.6 g9, and it has trouble connecting to the DSCP ASPCA server. I update the WNIC drivers and it goes away for a minute. Then it comes back kind of, angry. The internal NIC is dead. I stick a USP antenna in a slot and everything is fine. So, I think I have isolated a warranty issue. It has only been 2 months since I got it.
So, I log on to HP support. You must have a valid "devise" to talk to the wizard. The HP support site does NOT recognize my serial number and the detect-my-device option doesn't work on my machine either.
IS this part of the support protocol?
Do I rate some kind of a response for discovering something about HP service and support.
If they don't want to, they don't.
