That is from Windows and user (you), nothing to do with HP machine as indicated:
Windows 11 Taskbar only shows the remaining battery power in percentage, not in hours/minutes. There is not something that BIOS controls, it is a user interface design decision made by Microsoft. You should be able to see the remaining time in Windows 11 Settings -> System -> Power & Battery
