Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

hi I have this problem on several company PCs and laptops, after the suspension or hibernation they turn on but the screen remains black and sometimes starts again after some time or doesn't restart at all.
can you help me?
I have already updated drivers and bios
