HP EliteBook 1030X360 G8 with Core i7-1165G7(2.8Ghz) with Intel® Iris® Xe graphics
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

I like to report a blurred screen on the internal display on HP EliteBook 1030X360 G8 with Core i7-1165G7(2.8Ghz) with Intel® Iris® Xe graphics. (S/N: CND1111LTZ, P/N:336L1EA). I tried every possible solution and tool, I have updated all drivers (HP, Microsoft, and Intel) to their latest versions, and there is no improvement. I also tried with different resolutions, but no change. It’s not a hardware problem because the screen is working correctly only with 4k videos – I have a crystal image till I’m playing 4K videos.

Please advise how to proceed!

I'm not an expert, my wild guess:

Did you check your native screen resolution, it may be 1920 x 1080 or 3840 x 2160?

Is your screen set to native resolution?

Hello,

The maximum resolution which supports this device is 1920 x 1080. There is no model HP EliteBook 1030X360  with 3840 x 2160.

As I mention in my previous post I tried with native resolution, and also with different resolutions to see how will perform the internal display. No change.

I also had the same problem. The displayed image is very blurry and causes eye strain.
